From which countries can orders be placed?
Currently orders can be sent to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States. Additional countries, including Australia, India, Japan, New-Zealand, Russia, South-Africa, Tunesia, Turkey and others will be added soon. In case we can not deliver to you right now, leave a note including your delivery address at email@example.com and we'll let you know as soon as we have arranged the logistics for your country!
Can I order a bottle of wine or several bottles of wine without ordering a box or several boxes?
No, a box or several boxes are mandatory to place a successful order. The number of boxes ordered must be equal or higher than the number of bottles of wine. This is simply because we are not a regular wine store and have only a limited number of bottles of these premium quality wines available. Therefore we reserve these for clients ordering a box or several boxes.
Can I order just a box without ordering a bottle of wine?
Yes, you can! Do let us know the size and measures of your bottle and we will provide you with a box adapted to your specific bottle of wine.
Can I order more than one box?
Yes, but currently you will have to go again through the order procedure if you would like to order a second or third wine box of a different model. Our intention is to go for unique pieces often signed by an artist (if applicable) and series of limited numbers. Notwithstanding this, we do offer the possibility to order more than one box. In case you are looking for a set of multiple pieces of the same box type, this is possible as well. Just add as a comment and it will be indicated on your order request. In this case a discount will be proposed to you. The level of discount will depend on the number of boxes ordered and will be shown on the indicative invoice we will send to you.
Can I order boxes for magnum size of bottles or larger?
No, not yet but soon you will be able to order certain boxes for magnum size bottles. At the same time we will offer a (limited) range of high quality Bordeaux wines in magnum size. Please enquire at firstname.lastname@example.org for time lines.
Why do you only offer Bordeaux wines?
Simply because we had to start some where and we felt that the Bordeaux region would be a great start ;-) Focusing on red Bordeaux and Sauternes we selected only those vintage years that produced superior quality wines! The reason to start with the Bordeaux region is also practical: size and form of the bottles in the Bordeaux region are quite standard but can vary a lot among other regions and countries. Can I fit any bottle of wine in any type of the box designs?
No, unfortunately a bottle of wine can have a variety of different sizes and forms. Currently, the boxes we offer have a standard size fitting a bottle of Bordeaux wine (although there are some exceptions which we take in account). Soon, the choice will be expanded to other regions and countries.
Once my order is placed can I withdraw my order?
First step is the order request: you indicate which box or boxes and the eventual bottle or bottles you would like to order (eventually with special requests if applicable). Second step is payment either on our website through our secured payment module or through invoicing. If you have not paid through the secured payment module of our web site, payment instructions will be indicated on the invoice which will be sent to you within 1 to 3 working days. Your order will only be final when we have received payment. In most, if not all cases the boxes are unique pieces of art specifically crafted for you. Therefore, we consider an order final and non-refundable when confirmed by us and paid by you. In view of the customization level a return and refund is not possible. On the other hand we guarantee that we will only deliver unique products of outstanding quality.
How is the total price of the order calculated?
To the price indicated on the web site we will need to add VAT, taxes and charges as well as a delivery cost, if applicable. A high quality packaging, full insurance as well as custom clearance (if applicable) are included in the price shown.

The total price including VAT, taxes and charges, as well as cost of delivery (if applicable) will be indicated on the invoice. Receiving payment on our bank account is needed to make an order final.
How sure can I be about the artwork and the quality of the wine?
All deliveries come with a certificate ensuring the origin of the box and the artwork (signed by ARTdiVIN and the artist) as well as the origin and the quality of the wine.
How is the delivery organized? Can I count on safe delivery?
If you wish you can organize the delivery by having your order picked up by the transporter of your choice but the delivery is then under your responsibility. If you choose us to take responsibility of the delivery we ensure safe and trustful transport. Your package will be transported in a firm re-usable framed box to guarantee full protection. The transport will be insured 100% for loss and damage.
